These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sparkle's website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Sparkle provides car and house cleaning services through our platform. Our services include:
- Car washing and detailing services
- House cleaning and maintenance
- Booking and scheduling management
- Payment processing
- Customer support and communication
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Updating your information as necessary
4. Service Bookings
When booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate service requirements and location details
- Be available at the scheduled service time
- Ensure access to the service location
- Pay for services as agreed upon
- Cancel bookings with reasonable notice (24 hours minimum)
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon service completion. We accept various payment methods including mobile money and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change with notice.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur charges. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days for cancelled or unsatisfactory services.
7. Service Quality and Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for:
- Damage to items not specified in the service agreement
- Issues arising from customer-provided information
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Harass or abuse our staff or other users
- Provide false or misleading information
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to Sparkle or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
